1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and nbbajee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the nbbajee website at nbbajee.net and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, online slots, instant games, promotions, and customer support.

By creating an account on nbbajee, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the nbbajee platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the nbbajee platform.

nbbajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active players via the contact details registered on their account. Continued use of the platform after any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy or ambiguity arising from translation or interpretation, the English text shall prevail. All communications between nbbajee and its players, including support correspondence, dispute resolution, and formal notices, shall be conducted in English.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the severance of the invalid provision.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms published on the nbbajee platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and nbbajee regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements between the parties relating to the same subject matter.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use nbbajee, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing nbbajee as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not as a representative of a business or third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of nbbajee or any of its partner companies, game providers, or payment processors — or an immediate family member of such an individual.
• You have not previously had an account on nbbajee that was closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering binding agreements.
• Participation in online gambling is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your personal jurisdiction.

2.1 Age Verification

nbbajee conducts age and identity verification as part of the account registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit copies of a valid national identification document (National ID card, passport, or birth certificate) and proof of address. Your account may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is complete.

If at any point nbbajee discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If the suspicion is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed. Any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be voided and any deposits returned to the verified payment source after deducting any amounts already withdrawn.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of nbbajee services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your nbbajee account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active nbbajee account. Operating more than one account — whether under the same identity or under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. nbbajee uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited, at nbbajee's sole discretion.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your nbbajee username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. nbbajee will never ask you for your password via any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify nbbajee support immediately at [email protected] so that your account can be secured.

nbbajee will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access that occurs as a result of your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

nbbajee operates a mandatory KYC process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle — upon registration, prior to your first withdrawal, when making large transactions, or at any time nbbajee deems it necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

nbbajee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office's digital financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
• Upay — UCB mobile financial service

The availability of specific payment methods may change. nbbajee reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. Current available methods are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount at nbbajee is ৳200. The maximum single deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as daily and monthly limits, are displayed on the relevant transaction pages within your account and may vary by payment method. nbbajee reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your nbbajee account balance within minutes of successful transaction completion. In exceptional circumstances, delays of up to 24 hours may occur due to technical issues on the part of the payment provider. If a deposit has not been credited after 24 hours, please contact nbbajee support with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. nbbajee does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods different from those used to fund the account. Withdrawal requests that have passed KYC verification are typically processed within 24 hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays in Bangladesh, or when additional verification is required.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on nbbajee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). nbbajee does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs associated with international payment instruments are the sole responsibility of the player.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

nbbajee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotions offered by nbbajee are subject to the following general conditions, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Unmet wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of remaining bonus funds upon expiry.
• nbbajee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not retroactively affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered.
• Players who request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus will have their remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings removed prior to withdrawal processing.
• Bonuses may be offered at nbbajee's sole discretion. nbbajee is under no obligation to offer any bonus to any player.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

nbbajee's welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. Full terms including the minimum deposit amount, bonus percentage, wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are published on the relevant promotions page at the time the offer is active. nbbajee reserves the right to modify or discontinue the welcome bonus offer at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms — is strictly prohibited. nbbajee reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and permanently close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on nbbajee are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. nbbajee reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a system error or human error — prior to the settlement of the event. Settlement will be based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football).

In-play (live) betting is subject to slight delays in odds updates. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that their bet is placed intentionally and at the displayed odds. nbbajee is not liable for bets placed on the basis of information the player believed to be current but which was subsequently superseded.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games on nbbajee — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are statistically random and independent. nbbajee does not manipulate game outcomes and is committed to fair play for all players.

Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage is determined by the game provider (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi) and is available within the game's information panel. The RTP represents the theoretical long-term average return and does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming activity on nbbajee. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting interface or game table. nbbajee reserves the right to adjust individual player stake limits at any time, including as a responsible gaming measure for players who have activated account restrictions.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a betting or gaming session, nbbajee's system will continue to process any active bet or game round in accordance with the rules of the relevant game. Upon reconnection, the outcome of any round completed during the disconnection will be displayed in your account history. nbbajee is not liable for losses incurred as a result of player-side internet connectivity issues.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbbajee platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, voiding of all winnings, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
• Money Laundering: Using nbbajee to process or conceal the proceeds of criminal activity. nbbajee cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in relation to suspected money laundering activity.
• Match Fixing and Sports Integrity Violations: Placing bets on the basis of insider information or in connection with any arrangement that corrupts the outcome of a sporting event.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer or live casino games.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the nbbajee platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment reversals or chargebacks after using deposited funds. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account closed and the amount subject to recovery action.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the nbbajee platform, its servers, or its databases.
• Abuse of Staff: Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward nbbajee customer support staff or other players. nbbajee reserves the right to close accounts engaging in such behaviour.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your nbbajee account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, nbbajee will close your account and process any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC verification being complete.

8.2 Closure for Responsible Gaming

Players who wish to exclude themselves from gambling may request a temporary cool-off period, a fixed-term suspension, or a permanent self-exclusion via the account settings panel or by contacting support. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible. During any active self-exclusion period, nbbajee will not send promotional communications to the excluded player and will reject any re-registration attempts.

8.3 Closure by nbbajee

nbbajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• KYC verification documents submitted by the player are found to be forged or fraudulent.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period without any open balance.
• nbbajee is required to do so by a legal or regulatory authority.

In cases of closure for breach of these Terms, nbbajee reserves the right to withhold any bonus-derived winnings. Real-money deposits will be returned to the verified payment method after any outstanding liabilities have been deducted, except in cases involving fraud or money laundering where funds may be frozen pending investigation.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nbbajee's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time the claim arises. nbbajee is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, howsoever arising.
